Responsibilities

• Selects and administers appropriate physical therapy evaluations.
• Inpatient rehabilitation and developing collaborative treatment plans.
• Provides patient and caregiver education.
• Participates in discharge planning and communicates with the team.
• Maintains clear and timely patient care documentation.
• Supervises appropriate paraprofessionals and supports clinical direction.
