Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Must have current Idaho licensure or be in the application process.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and administer individualized treatment programs.
• Educate patients on anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Complete timely documentation on evaluations, progress notes, and discharge planning.
• Participate in case conferences and continuing education.
