Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Per Diem Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our pediatric rehab team. The PT will administer therapy, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to family teaching to support young patients from birth to 21 years old.

The role requires NJ licensure, BS in Physical Therapy, CPR certification, and strong pediatric experience. Weekend availability is required; Telehealth must comply with licensing rules when applicable.

Qualifications

• BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, MA/MS/MPT/DPT preferred.
• NJ licensure required for physical therapy practice in New Jersey.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years pediatric experience preferred.
• Postgraduate pediatric experience in medical or educational settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well as a team member.
• For Telehealth: comply with state licensing rules where the patient resides.
• Weekend availability is required.

We are recruiting for a Per Diem Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Marlton, NJ. This position is not benefits eligible.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Physical Therapist (PT) is anintegral member of the rehab team. The PT is responsible for the administrationof appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for the rehabilitation ofchildren aged birth to 21. The PT Responsible for adherence to the scope andstandards of practice as defined by the American Physical Therapy Association.The PT uses creativity, professional judgment, and problem solving techniquesto achieve quality outcomes and provide the highest quality of patient centeredcare. The PT participates in patientand family teaching and works collaboratively with other disciplines.The PT plays an integral role infacilitating functional performance through the integration of skilldevelopment, strength and movement, play based activities, and social-emotionaldevelopment.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

1. 1. BS in Physical Therapy from an accreditedprogram, MA/MS/MPT/DPT preferred
