Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of USP and regulatory requirements for sterile products.
• Perform sterile compounding and unit-dose distribution accurately.
• Triage inbound calls and coordinate dispensing with pharmacists.
• Operate and troubleshoot inpatient pharmacy automation equipment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of medications.
• Assist with training of staff and student pharmacists as needed.
