Job summary

Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for inpatient support. Part Time (.6 FTE, 48 hours every pay period) with 8-hour DAY/PM shifts, every other weekend, and holiday rotation, reporting to a pharmacist.

Responsibilities include accurate preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical products and involvement in clean room, cart fill, repackaging, inventory, and other pharmacy duties across multiple areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in a health-related field, pharmacy and computers beneficial.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute pharmaceutical products under pharmacist supervision.
• Perform multiple technician duties: clean room, cart fill, repackaging, inventory, automated dispensing cabinet, outpatient, first dose, clerical area, chemotherapy preparation, carousel.
