MUSC Florence Medical Center is seeking a full-time, state-certified pharmacy technician to join our inpatient team in Florence, SC. You will work under the direct supervision of pharmacists to prepare and distribute medications, including IV chemotherapy, and complete medication-related documentation.

Education includes high school diploma and completion of a certified technician program; two+ years hospital experience and IV compounding are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; college-level courses desirable but not required; successful completion of a certified pharmacy technician training program required
• Two or more years hospital/health system experience preferred; sterile IV compounding experience preferred
• State Certified Pharmacy Technician licensure required

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all pharmacy operations related to preparation and distribution of medications, including IV chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy IV doses
• Support documentation of medication-related activities under pharmacist supervision
