Job summary

Cleveland Clinic seeks a Pharmacy Technician for the Central Inpatient unit on a PRN schedule at the Main Campus in Cleveland. The technician will support medication distribution and daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active registration as a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (OBOP).
• Within 18 months of hire, obtain CPhT certification and OBOP registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide distributive pharmacy services and support for the Pharmacist.
• Refill and maintain automated dispensing systems.
• Fill medications carts daily.
• Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the pharmacy department.
• Repackage bulk medications.
