Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center - OHA is seeking an inpatient Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in Cincinnati, OH. The role supports day-to-day pharmacy operations and patient care under pharmacist supervision.

The position requires an Ohio Pharmacy Board license, IV experience, and ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and on-call duties. Collaborative team environment and ongoing staff training are emphasized.

Formación

• Current license with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, including Certified Registered, Registered, or Registered Trainee status.
• Minimum 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) availability with flexibility for rotating shifts.
• Ability to participate in weekend rotations and on-call duties as scheduled.
• Prior IV experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and dispense medications according to physician orders.
• Assist pharmacists in managing inventory and maintaining pharmacy records.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of medication dispensed to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication management.
• Participate in training and mentoring of pharmacy staff as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
