UNC Health Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, NC is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to lead technician training and drive process improvements while supporting pharmacists with compounding, dispensing, and workflow optimization.

This position leads technician training efforts, identifies and executes process improvement opportunities, and prioritizes workflow. In addition, the position provides support to the pharmacist by reviewing, compounding and dispensing medications. All work is carried out under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
2030-0630. Wednesday to Wednesday. Position must be trained to handle receiving, sterile compounding, Operating room and carousel operations.
This position qualifies for our Pharmacy Technician Incentive Program, which includes $1500 in commitment incentives spread over a two-year period. Payment is made after six months, one year, and two years of employment.
