Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPhT certification and OBOP registration within 6 months of hire.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Hospital pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications via labeling, repacking, and sterile/non-sterile compounding.
• Deliver medications to storage locations accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventories and perform cycle counts and unit inspections.
• Ensure a safe/clean work area and document regulatory requirements.
• Utilize information systems and automation to complete tasks.
• Assist with training pharmacy caregivers and students.
