Job summary

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree


• 3 years hospital experience or 5 years pharmacy experience with leadership role


• Registered P harmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of practice or license eligible

• Advanced degree ( Masters in business or health care related field)
