Job summary

ProMedica’s Toledo Hospital Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist II to deliver comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, oversee support staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role emphasizes patient-centered medication management and drug information support.

The position requires a PharmD or equivalent, active pharmacist licensure in Ohio, and at least 1 year of inpatient experience; PGY1 and ACLS are preferred. Full-time, days shift, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

Requirements

Preferred Requirements

• Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program
• 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• ACLS
