Mass General Brigham seeks an Inpatient Operations Pharmacist at Massachusetts General Hospital to blend operational and clinical pharmacy services. You will oversee daily distribution, repackaging, compounding, perioperative operations, and final product verification across onsite clinics and Home Hospital patient populations.

The role is full-time, on-site with rotating morning and evening shifts, including weekend staffing, and a focus on quality improvement, medication safety, and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required; no substitution accepted.
• MA Pharmacist license required; state license/registration must be active.
• MCSR registration preferred; regulatory compliance knowledge.
• 2–3 years of pharmacist experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Directs and coordinates the activities and delivery of pharmacy services.
• Supervises and verifies the accuracy of all work by support personnel.
• Operates within the limits of pharmacy policy and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with drug programs, formulary management and ADE monitoring.
• Documents and reports clinical interventions and medication errors.
• Participates in department quality improvement efforts.
• Follows Board of Pharmacy regulations and other agency requirements.
