Henry Ford Health Providence Southfield Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations and deliver patient-centered care within a nationally recognized health system. You will report to the Director of Pharmacy and supervise staff while ensuring services meet patient needs and are cost-effective.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, policy oversight, staff development, and collaboration with clinical teams to advance pharmacy practice, education, and research

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmacy (Pharm.D. or equivalent) with accredited residency/fellowship.
• Proven leadership in coordinating pharmacy services.
• Strong verbal and written communication across healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Approves policies and procedures before implementation.
• Designs and layouts facilities to support services.
• Leads pharmacy leadership to integrate operations and clinical services.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and Federal laws and standards.
• Establishes budgetary controls and analyzes fiscal performance.
• Recruits, hires, and trains staff; provides ongoing training.
• Oversees education of Pharm.D. students, residents and fellows.
• Supports research and development in pharmaceutical practice.
