Job summary

ProMedica is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacy Manager at Toledo Hospital. You will oversee training, ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ProMedica policies, and drive operational excellence within the Pharmacy department.

You will coordinate staff schedules, daily assignments, and changes with staff pharmacists and technicians, maintaining high quality standards and patient safety in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• 3 years hospital experience or 5 years pharmacy experience with leadership role.
• Registered Pharmacist licensed or license eligible in state of practice.

Job Summary:
