Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; Master's degree or Pharm D. preferred
- 3 years related experience required, 5 years preferred
- Experience in practice setting required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in pharmacy technology oversight preferred
Responsibilities
- Directs daily operations of the inpatient pharmacy / CentRx
- Leads planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating cost center functions in line with NWTHS goals
- Manages department budget and implements value-added programs
- Ensures customer (patients, staff, physicians) satisfaction through effective communication
