Job summary

This role ensures compliance with legal, accreditation, and organizational standards.

Qualifications include Texas Pharmacist licensure, a PharmD or PharmD-related advanced degree, and 3–5 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; Master’s or PharmD preferred.
• 3 years related experience required, 5 years preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy technology oversight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the inpatient pharmacy / CentRx.
• Lead cost center planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating in line with NWTHS vision.
• Manage department budgets and implement value-added programs.
• Ensure excellent customer and physician satisfaction through effective communication.
