Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a full-time Pharmacist for the inpatient pharmacy. The role involves interpreting orders, compounding and dispensing medications, and providing patient education within a rotating shift schedule.

The ideal candidate will have PharmD or equivalent, Michigan licensure, and hospital pharmacy experience. ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications are preferred; weekend rotation is included as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy with license to practice in Michigan.
• 2 years of relevant hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• ASHP accredited residency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interpret medication orders for appropriate agent, dose, and route.
• Safely compound and dispense medications for patient administration.
• Provide dosage recommendations and monitor therapeutic outcomes.
• Supervise technicians and support staff as needed.
• Educate patients and families about medications and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
