Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred.
• Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington.
• Minimum one (1) year of pharmacy experience preferred in setting appropriate to work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic or other).
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• You will dispense medications to patients and interpret IV admixture orders and prepare primary IV/solutions.
• You will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records.
• You will supervise support personnel and assumes responsibility for final check of all completed work.
• You will assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services.
• You will provide for the safe and accurate provision of pharmaceutical care service.
