Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and eligible/licensed in PA or NY.
• Experience providing drug information and ensuring safe pharmacotherapy.
• Supervisory experience of pharmacy technicians and students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions with prospective drug review and accurate compounding/dispensing.
• Provide timely drug information to health professionals and patients; document outcomes.
• Assist in department management, supervise staff, and oversee inventory and compliance.
• Support safety and regulatory compliance; participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Night pharmacist duties may include triage, delegation, and IT/automation troubleshooting.
