Sioux Center Health is seeking a Pharmacist for inpatient care across four Iowa facilities including Sioux Center Health and Rock Rapids, Rock Valley, and Sibley. The role covers 8 days per pay period with day shifts and requires an active pharmacist license in Iowa.

Responsibilities include dispensing, medication monitoring, patient education, and staff mentoring. Preferred candidates may hold a PharmD and BPS certification.

Formación

• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice within 30 days.
• Preferred Doctorate (PhD) in Pharmacy and BPS Board Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and dispense medications.
• Advise healthcare professionals on drug therapies.
• Monitor patient medication regimens and safety.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and side effects.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and interns; mentor staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
