Boys Town National Research Hospital is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist for part-time coverage at West Hospital. You will ensure safe and appropriate use of medications, evaluate prescriber orders, participate in medication ordering, preparation, dispensing, and outcome assessment to support patient care.

Responsibilities include clinical services, pharmacokinetic monitoring, and collaboration with the health care team to optimize therapy while maintaining high safety standards.

Competenze

• Licensed pharmacist with Nebraska state license required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire required.

Mansioni

• Improve patient care by managing drug therapy for the patient population served.
• Review medications and collaborate with healthcare team for proper medication management.
• Evaluate medication orders for dosing, interactions, and appropriateness.
• Dispense medications accurately and safely.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services through consultations and pharmacokinetic monitoring.
• Detect and report adverse drug events and medication errors.
