Job summary

ProMedica's Toledo Hospital Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist II to deliver comprehensive inpatient services, including drug distribution, IV admixture, medical therapy management and drug information. You will also ensure compliance with controlled substance regulations and supervise pharmacy support staff.

The role requires licensure as a pharmacist in good standing in Ohio, PharmD or B.Pharm with post-2006 experience, and at least 1 year in inpatient settings; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Pharm D degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience.
• Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure in that state.
• 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience
• BLS

Responsibilities
