ProMedica’s Toledo Hospital Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist II to deliver comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, oversee support staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role emphasizes patient-centered medication management and drug information support.

The position requires a PharmD or equivalent, active pharmacist licensure in Ohio, and at least 1 year of inpatient experience; PGY1 and ACLS are preferred. Full-time, days shift, 40 hours weekly.

Competenze

• Pharm D degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience.
• Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure in that state.
• 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience
• BLS

• Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations.
