Job summary

The Yale Campus Pharmacy in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a licensed pharmacist to review medication orders for safety and accuracy, ensure timely dispensing, and provide drug information to patients and staff.

This role supervises support staff in the area, requires a Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy, Oklahoma license, and 0–6 months experience. Weekend availability preferred; safety-sensitive position considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. is required.
• Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy as a Doctor of Pharmacy.
• 0–6 months of related experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for safety and appropriateness prior to dispensing or administration.
• Prepare or supervise preparation of medications to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Provide drug information and education to patients and staff on request.
• Supervise/coordinate work of support staff in the area of responsibility.
