Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager, Physician Assistants– General Surgery – Hospital-Based, to lead the Inpatient General Surgery PA team at Evanston Hospital. This role directs business and clinical operations, focusing on budgeting, staffing, and leadership representation in hospital meetings.

Requirements include IL PA licensure, DEA, BLS certification, and 5+ years of PA clinical practice. The position involves occasional travel to NorthShore sites and full-time employment with standard

• Current PA licensure in IL required; DEA and IL Controlled Substances license required.
• Master’s level PA program completion is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of PA clinical practice is required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the business and clinical operations of the Inpatient General Surgery PA team.
• Develop and enforce budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Lead staffing and performance reviews; participate in hospital meetings.
• Organize training, workshops, and professional development for PAs.
• Ensure timely billing, coding accuracy, and revenue collection for PA services.
• Collaborate with PA Lead and physicians to uphold standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with Magnet, JCAHO, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
