Qualifications

• PA licensure in the State of IL is required.
• Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance licenses required.
• Completion of a Master’s level program in the specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Direct business and clinical operations of inpatient General Surgery PAs.
• Manage budgets, performance reviews, staffing, and leadership representation.
• Ensure compliance with Magnet, JCAHO, HIPAA standards and policies.
• Oversee PA billing charges submission and improve collections.
• Collaborate with PA Lead and executive team on strategic plans.
• Develop and monitor practice budgets and financial proformas.
