Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant in IL with PA license and DEA.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• BLS/CPR certification and 5+ years clinical PA experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs business and clinical operations of the Inpatient General Surgery Physician Assistants.
• Manages budgets, performance reviews, staffing, and hospital meetings.
• Enforces policies; collaborates with PA Lead and executives to meet standards.
• Ensures timely submission of billing charges and improves PA collections.
• Drives development of PA team through workshops and departmental meetings.
• Maintains compliance with Magnet, JCAHO, HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
