Responsibilities

• Assess and implement treatment plans according to patient diagnosis and status.
• Complete timely documentation (flow sheets, progress notes, discharge summaries).
• Delegate duties to therapy aides and support staff.
• Coordinate and manage a full treatment caseload.
• Participate in rehabilitation and family conferences and team meetings.
