Job summary

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized high quality, safe patient care. This role operates within the Wellstar framework of professional practice and shared governance to support service excellence in a busy clinical setting.

Responsibilities include nursing process, evidence-based practice and collaboration with care teams to optimize patient outcomes, while maintaining strong communication with patients and families across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience with electronic medical records or healthcare IT systems.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of safe, high-quality patient care with accurate documentation.
• Provide patient-centered care and involve families in the care plan.
