Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates patient conditions to inform care.
• Delivers and documents the care plan with independent judgment.
• Collaborates with staff to coordinate daily patient flow and safety.
• Supports patient advocacy and education for families.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and professional development.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to hospital policies.
