Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Provides relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to age, gender, disease, and culture.
• Partners with patients and families using bedside reports, rounds, and education to align goals with the care plan.
• Practices using current clinical standards and supports shared governance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinates safe, high-quality care and thorough documentation across the care team.
• Supports a respectful, inclusive clinical environment and efficient use of resources.
