Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in the Henry Cancer Center. Eligible candidates may receive a hiring incentive up to $26,000 and a minimum hiring rate of $41.41 per hour, with additional pay differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• Inpatient RN with current licensure and hospital experience.
• Ability to coordinate the plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Willingness to participate in on-call weekends/holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
• Addresses the physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
• Evaluates nursing interventions and revises plans based on patient response.
