Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, dosage, side effects, and administration.
• Stay current with updated formularies, new therapies, and treatment protocols through ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care.
