You will maintain patient records, adjust treatment plans as needed, and travel between facilities as required. A Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, an active OT license, and BLS certification are required,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
Current OT license in state of practice or eligibility by examination or reciprocity.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to travel between facilities.
