Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• Current OT license in state of practice or eligibility for licensure by examination.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and provide inpatient occupational therapy treatment programs per physician orders.
• Assess patient response to treatment and adjust plans to improve outcomes and safety.
• Maintain patient records according to documentation standards and policies.
• Ensure treatment protocols align with hospital quality and safety targets.
• Adapt communication and treatment approaches to diverse patient populations.
