Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and provides inpatient OT treatment programs based on physician orders.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to determine appropriate post-acute or home care plans.
• Maintains patient records according to standards and policies.
• Adapts care to patient population while preserving privacy and dignity.
• Ensures treatment protocols support hospital quality and safety targets.
• Performs other duties as required.
