Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy is required.
• Current OT license in state of practice or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and provides inpatient OT treatment programs per physician orders.
• Assesses patient response and adjusts treatment plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintains patient records according to standards and policies.
• Ensures treatments align with hospital quality and safety targets.
• Adapts approaches to diverse patient populations and communicates effectively.
• Performs other related duties as required.
