Job summary

Springfield Hospital in Vermont is seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist and Recreational Therapy Coordinator to deliver patient-centered OT across inpatient medical, surgical, swing bed, and behavioral health settings. You will maximize independence and safety while guiding discharge planning and post-acute needs.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (preferred).
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Vermont in good standing.
• Previous healthcare experience.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

The base rate for this position is $36.00 - $43.00 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The rate for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
