Job summary

The 24-hour weekly schedule supports flexible daytime shifts, with responsibilities including patient education, preventive care, and participation in quality improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed as an occupational therapist in WI, IL or both if required.
• CPR/BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• NBCOT certification upon initial licensure as required.
• Passing driver’s license and background checks as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a treatment plan.
• Use exercises, physical agents, and manual techniques.
• Maintain thorough documentation with proper coding and billing.
• Communicate with team and referring providers.
• Lecture and train staff on occupational therapy topics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and PI/CQI processes.
