The NOM partners with hospital leadership to achieve department and hospital goals, ensures patient safety, and drives quality, cost-effective staffing, budget management, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• RN with a BSN and state licensure required.
• Leadership experience in acute care settings.
• Current BLS certification; ANCC/AONL leadership certification within 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Nursing Administration including house supervisors and float pool.
• Lead delivery of patient care and achievement of department goals.
• Develop budgets and manage operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety.
