Family Health West in Fruita, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for inpatient care on the night shift. You will assess patients, administer medications, coordinate with physicians, and participate in care planning to support our mission of compassionate, high-quality hospital care.

The position requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, Colorado RN license, BLS with ACLS/PALS within 6 months, and inpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Unrestricted Colorado RN license required.
• BLS on hire; ACLS/PALS within 6 months.
• Minimum 1 year inpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient condition in hospital/ED.
• Administer medications and monitor effects per orders.
• Notify physicians of significant changes promptly.
• Assist with procedures and apply standard precautions.
• Document assessments, plans, and interventions clearly.
• Support discharge planning and patient education.
