Job summary

Family-Health-West is seeking an ED & Urgent Care Clinical Resource RN (Part-time) for the Inpatient Unit at Fruita, CO. This role requires an ADN, Colorado RN license, BLS on hire, and 5 years of acute care experience, with ED experience preferred.

Position is on-site, with wage starting at $40.02 per hour and benefits available. The role includes active rounds, admissions/discharges support, and participation in nursing committees.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licenses: Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Certifications: BLS on hire; ACLS/PALS within 3–6 months; TNCC within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable and punctual attendance.
• Serve as clinical liaison and communicate with providers and IDT.
• Assess acuity and document care needs for Inpatient Unit.
• Lead bi-weekly nursing rounds and participate in committees.
• Support admissions/discharges and timely medication delivery.
• Respond to Code Blue and trauma activations; participate in rounds.
• Oversee medication counts, chart audits, and crash cart checks.
