Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• 1+ year experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on support and supervision to patients in daily activities and programs.
• Observe and document patient behaviors to inform treatment.
• De-escalate crises with compassionate intervention when needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Admissions teams to support screenings and assessments.
• Assist with daily living needs and promote patient independence.
