Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BCLS certification within 120 days of hire and kept current.
• Clearance through the Family Care Registry.
• UAP-type training or equivalent competency as defined by Missouri regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide direct care under nursing supervision.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic unit environment.
• Perform a range of duties from clerical tasks to clinical assistance as needed.
• Use compassion to help patients feel at ease and supported.
