Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to work with inpatient unit staff under supervision by the Social Work Supervisor, RN, or Mental Health Professional, or the inpatient Unit Manager or Director. This role supports patient care across related duties in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, current BLS certification, and at least 1 year of inpatient psychiatric experience.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.
• 1 year experience in an acute or residential inpatient psychiatric facility or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care on inpatient units under supervision.
• Collaborate with Social Work, RN, Mental Health Professional and Unit leadership.
