ProMedica Flower Hospital in Ohio is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join the psychiatric unit on nights. You will assist patients with basic needs under nursing supervision, perform physical observations, provide direct patient care, and collaborate on care plans.

Qualifications

• Education: Must have a completed associate or bachelor degree in mental health field.
• If completed degree is not in mental health field, must have completed associate or bachelor degree and 2 years' experience in mental health environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in meeting basic needs under nursing supervision.
• Perform physical observations and direct patient care; collaborate on care plans.
• Participate in role development activities and support psychoeducational groups as appropriate.
