Job summary

PAM Health in Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate patient care on the medical-surgical unit. Under the direction of CNO/Director, you will deliver nursing processes, discharge planning, and family teaching.

The role offers an hourly rate of $56–$58 with potential $6 shift differential, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth. A current RN license and BLS are required; ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide, direct and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit.
• Coordinate nursing care and discharge planning with the care team.
• Incorporate interdisciplinary planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
