Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, you will document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR, contribute to teaching, research, and quality

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills for adult medical/surgical patients.
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary, high-acuity environments.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
