Job summary

The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) invites applications for a Program Coordinator in Court Services. Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience as a Program Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Program Coordinator in the work assigned to this position
• A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to five (5) years
• Experience with courts, attorneys, and/or the judicial system preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitors inpatient ITP evaluations and court orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Tracks due dates and communicates with the courts regarding scheduling and deadlines.
• Coordinates information from multiple agencies and stakeholders, including evaluators, attorneys, and judges.
• Oversees staff performance, coaching, and development to meet program goals.
